RSAW, a leading EASA certified electric motor company is looking for a Winder to join our team.
Job Description:
- Responsible for rewinding various kinds of AC/DC Motors. Including removal of old winding.
- Test and find winding failure root cause.
- Perform voltage testing on standard / basic windings.
- Problem-solving skills to perform quality repairs, prepare stators and/or armatures for AC/DC electric motors.
- Review diagrams and schematics to meet custom winding specifications for customers.
- Rewind low, medium, and high voltage equipment using random and form coils
- Ability to operate machinery
- Ability to perform basic math functions
- Ability to follow safety procedures and safely use overhead cranes as well as lift rigging.
Any years of AC and/or DC motor winding experience
Able to work overtime and weekends as required on 4 on 4 off shifts unless workload calls for additional hours, not remote work.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $40.00 per hour
